How HappySent works, from start to cake
We remove all the admin around birthdays. Here's the full chain, step by step, so you know exactly what happens.
01We receive your list
Email us names, birthdays, and team sizes for everyone you want to celebrate. One email or a simple Excel file is enough. We handle the rest of the admin.

We choose a local bakery
We match your address with one of our local partner bakeries. In Malmö we already work with some of the city's best patisseries, and more cities are on the way.

03Two weeks before: you get a confirmation
Exactly 14 days before the birthday, your contact gets an email: "Kalle's birthday is in two weeks, the cake is booked." Then you know it's happening.

One week before: the bakery gets the order
Seven days ahead we send the bakery address, name, date, and headcount. You also get a reminder: "One week left. The cake is ordered."

05The day before: final reminder
The day before the birthday you get a short email: "Tomorrow the cake is delivered between 08:00 and 11:00." No surprises, no stress.

On the birthday: the cake is at the office
Between 08:00 and 11:00 the fresh cake appears in your kitchen. You gather, sing, and celebrate. We handle the rest in the background.

07At month end: one invoice
You get one monthly invoice for all delivered cakes. No subscription fees, no hassle. Just one line per birthday.
Common questions
- What if the birthday is on a weekend or public holiday?
- We deliver on the nearest weekday before. You don't need to think about it, we track all Swedish public holidays.
- Do we need to log in anywhere?
- No. Email us changes via our contact form and we update the list. No passwords, no portal to learn.
- How much does it cost?
- Price is per cake and can be adjusted by team size. Get in touch and we'll quote for your setup.
- What if someone leaves?
- Submit a removal via the form on the contact page. We remove them right away and only invoice cakes actually delivered.
